Free Revenue Leak Check

Twenty minutes on a call, and you’ll see one real number from your own HubSpot portal, what it’s costing you and how we calculated it. No deck, no discovery questionnaire.

You’ll get the range, not a single confident figure.

Pick a time Read-only access needed 24 hours beforehand — four minutes of setup

The access question

Yes, we need to see your portal. Here’s exactly what that means.

This is the part everyone wants answered before they book, so we’ve put it before the form rather than after it.

What we ask for
  • We sign your NDA if requiredCreated on your end, to ensure you are comfortable
  • Read-only accessCreated by you, in your portal
  • CRM object read scopes Contacts, companies, deals, owners
  • No write scopes of any kind We cannot change a single record
  • Access deleted at the end of the call By us, and you can confirm it

Your admin enables it in about four minutes, following a one-page guide we send with your booking confirmation. If your IT team would rather set up a read-only user account or a private app, either works just as well and we won’t argue about the mechanism.

Why 24 hours beforehand

Because we run the scan before the call, not during it. That’s the whole difference between this and a discovery call, we arrive already knowing what we found, so you get twenty minutes of findings instead of twenty minutes of us clicking around your portal.

If access isn’t in place the day before, we’ll reschedule rather than run a worse version of it.

You’ll receive

A calendar invite, the one-page access guide, and a reminder 24 hours out to check the access is in place.

Before you book

Questions people ask first

Is this a sales call?

It’s a call where we show you something useful and then tell you what we sell. The difference is that the useful part happens whether or not you buy, and you keep the finding either way.

What if you don’t find anything?

Then we tell you that. It happens, particularly on portals under two years old or with an active admin. A clean portal is a genuine outcome and we’d rather report it than invent a problem.

Can you do it without portal access?

No. Every number would be an industry average applied to your revenue, which is exactly the thing we think is worthless. If you’re not comfortable granting read-only access, this isn’t for you and that’s a reasonable position.

Who should be on the call?

Whoever owns the portal, plus whoever owns the revenue number. If those are two people, both. Twenty minutes is short enough that it’s usually not a scheduling problem.

What happens to our data?

We query your portal read-only and store only the aggregate findings, counts and calculations, not your contact records. Access is deleted after the call. It’s all set out in our data handling statement, and we’ll sign a formal agreement on request.

Is our portal too small for this?

Possibly. Under about twenty staff, or live for less than a year, there’s often not enough history to find anything meaningful. Book anyway and we’ll tell you honestly on the call rather than taking your twenty minutes.
