Onboarding & support
Set it up. Then get hands when you need them.
Two straightforward things, priced plainly. We configure your portal around how you actually sell and service, and afterwards we’re available by the hour for work you’ve already scoped.
HubSpot onboarding
A portal built around your process, not the default one
Marketing Hub onboarding
Domains, forms, lists, lifecycle model, campaign structure, email infrastructure and deliverability, reporting. Configured against how you actually generate and qualify demand.
Sales, Service & Revenue Hub onboarding
Pipelines and stages that mean something, property architecture, routing, sequences, ticketing, quoting, and the reports your leaders will actually open on a Monday.
- We train the people who’ll run it, not just the person who bought it.
- You get the configuration documented, so the next person inherits reasoning rather than mystery.
- Around the twelve-month mark we run a free Leak Check on portals we’ve built, because portals drift and we’d rather find it than have you discover it.
Ad hoc CRM support
Work you’ve already scoped
You tell us what you need built or fixed. We do it and bill the time. That’s the whole arrangement.
By the hour
$295 per hour
Five-hour minimum engagement. No retainer, no monthly commitment, no notice period. Use us for a week and don’t again for six months — that’s fine and it’s how most clients use this.
Pre-purchased
$2,500 for a 10-hour block
The same work at a better rate, drawn down whenever you need it. Hours, not a retainer — we’re not watching your portal or proactively doing anything between your requests.
Support is for work you’ve defined. If you don’t yet know what’s wrong, that’s a Leak Check, and it’s free.
Telling these apart
Support versus monitoring
People ask about this, so here it is plainly. Support is hands-on-keyboard work you request. You decide what happens and we execute it. Monitoring is detection you don’t request. We scan every month and tell you what we found, whether or not you asked.
They’re complementary rather than alternatives. A portal with real change volume usually wants both. A quiet portal probably wants neither on a recurring basis — just hours when something comes up.
“CogniOps has been patient, understanding and excellent at interpreting our needs throughout the HubSpot onboarding phase. They created dashboards and a setup for all our team to use.”Eliza LewisSales Director · Fabulate · Advertising
Already on HubSpot and not sure what’s wrong?
Twenty minutes, free, read-only, one real number from your own portal. If it turns out to be in good shape, we’ll tell you that instead.
