The Problem

Sendle was seeing a decrease in the number of parcels being sent by newly signed-up prospects, as well as were not engaging with these prospects at critical moments of engagement.

Value Delivered

We built Sendle three core deliverables, the first being a multi-step series of onboarding emails across Australia, the United States and Canada, allowing the prospect to self-onboard and send their first parcel.

The second was for their sales team, being an automated 1:1 outreach automation, that sends relevant emails to a prospect if they visit a high-value page on their website (i.e., view pricing, sign up or send international parcels).

The third deliverable was to build both a robust lead-scoring system and deal-scoring system, that allowed their sales team to focus on pursuing the highest potential lifetime value prospects. Pineapple Net’s customer service staff were consistently asked the same questions by customers every day. They were missing out on opportunities to grow customer accounts and were instead spending the majority of their time answering these repetitive questions.

We built Pineapple Net a Knowledge Base and a support-based chatbot, allowing customers to self-service themselves, by finding answers to frequently asked questions, freeing up support staff due to a dramatic decrease in tickets submitted.

The Knowledge Base contained 50+ articles all relating to troubleshooting and other common FAQ categories, with the chatbot being another source of this information, in a more conversational manner.

The Problem

The staff of Offshored were spending 100+ hours per month as a collective team on highly manual and repetitive tasks.

These tasks included populating Letters of Intent, generating and sending invoices with the same inclusions and updating deal fields within their deal pipeline.

Value Delivered

We delivered 3 core outcomes for Offshored. The first was the automation of generating invoices and sending them to prospects. This would involve an integration between HubSpot, Xero and Zapier. These invoices would be dynamic based on the specific products and services requested by their prospects.

The second request was to have their Letter of Intent automatically populated and sent to prospects. This was achieved by using key HubSpot deal data points to populate a standard document template. We also automated the send to the prospect with document tracking capabilities, allowing their sales team to be notified when it was viewed, and for how long.

The third request was to automatically update HubSpot deals throughout the entire pre-sales process, specifically invoicing, meeting, letter of intent and email behaviour data.

The Problem

Art of Mentoring had trouble with two core issues. The first was highly inaccurate reporting, which acted as a barrier to the team’s ability to make data-driven decisions based on accurate insights.

The other problem was that the lifecycle stages for all CRM contacts were inaccurate, resulting in contacts being enrolled in incorrect lead nurturing automations and lost revenue through a poor customer experience.

Value Delivered

For Art of Mentoring, we built an accurate Lifecycle Stage system for all of their CRM contacts. This was connected to their HubSpot forms and lead nurturing automation.

This system would have a high impact on their revenue moving forward, as the team would have complete visibility over contacts who were stuck in a specific pre-customer stage, be notified the moment a customer churned and be able to focus on highly qualified sales prospects.

We also built a series of highly detailed reports and dashboards, to ensure their key data points relating to KPIs and SLAs were visible and accurate. To ensure the reports were accurate, we needed to redesign how data was collected from customers, as their old data was unable to achieve the insights desired.

The second deliverable was to build highly accurate and dependable reports and dashboards. These were to be used for up-to-date month-to-month forecasting. These reports were populated based on the HubSpot data fields within specific deals (ie., Closed Won deals and beyond).

The third deliverable was to build a completely customised chatbot across their website, which would act as a concierge, either redirecting a visitor to another page, booking a meeting or filling in a contact form. This allowed The Back Room to focus their effort and attention on prospects who were engaged, qualified and past the initial enquiry stage.
