Once you purchase a service package, we'll help you get started so you can send us your first request within a few days. You can choose an automation from our library or ask for a custom one based on your existing processes


Step 2) Receive your built automation within 2-3 business days

After we receive and approve your request, we begin working on it immediately. We will notify you once the initial version is ready for your review. Typically, the entire process, from request submission to draft creation, reviews, testing, and going live, takes about one week for each automation


Step 3) We revise the automation until you are 100% satisfied

Once you are satisfied and all changes have been made, we launch the automation and move onto the next request! Remember, this can either be a request from our library OR a custom one based on your existing processes.

CogniOps offers a ton of flexibility in how you request your automations. Whilst we need you to go through our ticketing portal, how you brief us is completely up to you!

We have some clients who provide Word documents, others who provide Loom videos with screen recordings and others who provide us with a link to a digital whiteboard. The choice is yours!

Yes! CogniOps does not do data migration, any form of design or copywriting, branding, data cleansing or prospecting on behalf of our customers.

Perfect! You can purchase our Starter Plan and we will automate and optimise your selected process.

We would love for you to share your feedback with us so we can better understand your expectations and requirements. If you aren’t happy and we haven’t started your first request, we can offer a refund. However, due to the highly personalised nature of this work, we cannot offer a refund once we begin work on your first request.

We typically build one automation at a time to ensure quality and accuracy. For plans with 5 or 10 automations, this usually takes about one week per automation. We can adjust our pace to match your preferences.

We have experience working with most major CRMs and support platforms. We are a Platinum partner with HubSpot and have partnerships with Aircall and Monday.com. We also have extensive experience working with Zapier, Make, Salesforce, Marketo, Zoho, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zendesk, Intercom, Pipedrive and many, many more!

Our onboarding process is very simple. Once you make payment and choose a service package, we will send you a series of emails detailing everything you need to know about the end-to-end process and how to get started with your first request.

During onboarding we will ask you to securely provide us with access to the platforms required so we can get started (I.e., HubSpot and Zapier / Salesforce and Zendesk).

If you do not have the systems already set up for us to build the automation/s, then we will recommend the systems to best acheive your goal.

For each of your requests, we will communicate with you via email / the request portal, and will at times have calls with customers regarding more complex automation builds.
